Justification and Approval Documents for Other Than Full and Open Competition
As per Section 844 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY08, as implemented by the FAR, agencies must post all Justification and Approval (J&A) documents relating to the use of noncompetitive procedures within 14 days of contract award (or within 30 days if the J&A is for unusual and compelling urgency).
